Fundraiser supports farm education

The Lost Sierra Food Project will hold a fundraiser Saturday, Aug. 19, at the Brewing Lair. Proceeds will support educational programming at Rugged Roots Farm, located at 510 Crescent St. in Quincy across from Gansner Airfield.

The event is set for 3 – 8 p.m. and will include a giveaway, LSFP merchandise, and live music by Nightbrain. A portion of all beer and food proceeds will be donated to LSFP.
