The Plumas Ski Club announces it is holding a Music on the Deck benefit concert Saturday, Aug. 19, at the Johnsville Historic Ski Bowl above the town of Johnsville.
Local musical groups The Feather River Jubilation Orchestra and The Ghost of Mudbone will play, along with The Gold Souls from Sacramento (http://www.thegoldsouls.com). Food and beer will be available. Attendees are asked to bring their own chairs and flashlights. Tickets are $35 in advance; kids 12 and under are free.
