Professional Artists and Crafters presents an Art and Craft Marketplace in Graeagle Aug. 19 and 20, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Sunday. The event will feature about 50 vendors and craftspeople offering handmade, original items for sale in the grassy park in downtown Graeagle. Categories include photography, jewelry, gourmet foods, wood art, and more.
The event also features live music and food and beverage vendors. One of the latter will be Tim Buckhout with his “Porta-Saloon.” Buckhout donates all of his proceeds to nonprofit organizations, especially those that benefit the restoration efforts at White Sulphur Springs Ranch in Clio.
A giveaway at the end of the day Sunday will include items donated by the vendors; these proceeds will also go to local nonprofit organizations.
