PUBLIC HEARING – Special Use Permit (U 8-23/24-01) for the Roundhouse Council Indian Education Center (“Place of assembly” use and “School” use); a gathering place, educational tutoring, cultural services, meals, activities, and events for the Maidu community at 330 Bush Street, Greenville, unincorporated Plumas County, CA; APN 110-072-030-000; T26N/R9E/Sec. 2, MDM.

CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) – The project has been determined to be exempt from the requirements of CEQA under Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) because after conducting the initial environmental assessment, it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the project may have a significant effect on the environment.

All interested individuals are welcome to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to provide public comment and address the Zoning Administrator. If you challenge the project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered to the Zoning Administrator at, or prior to, the public hearing.
