Joy Brown, of Greenville, was presented the Elks National Foundation Bronze Plaque and Bronze pin award by Exalted Ruler Brian Hughes.
A member of Quincy, California Elks Lodge 1884, she was honored for donating a total of $5,000 or more to the organization.
Brown has been an Elk for over 22 years.
