The Graeagle Lions Club reports a special cross-country instance of “Lions helping Lions.” On Sept. 5, Lion Natalie “Intrepid” Frost from Windsor, Vermont, completed her three-year solo challenge of hiking the Pacific Crest Trail.
Craig Simmons, a PCT trail angel and local Graeagle Lions Club member, met her at Sierra City as she stepped off her last segment of the PCT. The Lions Club members lauded her with a certificate of accomplishment at their Sept. 6 meeting.
