Eastern Plumas Health Care invites families to the 2023 Safe Trick-or-Treat event in Portola. This free family-friendly event will feature games, costume contests, and prizes. EPHC will provide free hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and drinks.
Safe Trick-or-Treat takes place Saturday, Oct. 28, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Portola Veterans Memorial Hall located on 449 W. Sierra St. (a change of venue from last year).
