Our friend Alan Lee Muir, Reverend Al, passed from this life to seek out his next adventure on Oct.
30, 2023. He left peacefully, at home in Joshua Tree, with his daughter Peggy by his side.
Al was a long-time Plumas County resident. He was always there to help anyone who needed an extra
hand. Al leaves behind his daughters Sarah Rose of Columbia Falls, Montana, and Peggy Lee of San Luis Obispo.
Al will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him.
We believe that engaged, better informed, more civically aware communities will help bring about a healthier, better educated, more productive, prosperous and equitable Plumas County, California.
