Indian Valley community dinner promises surprises for kids

Monday, Dec. 18 is Community Dinner time again in Indian Valley. The monthly community dinner will be held at the Historic Taylorsville Hall from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Co-sponsored by the Community Supper and Rotary District 5190, the menu includes turkey enchiladas along with a host of side dishes and desserts, all inspired by December holiday traditions.

In addition, there rumors that Santa will be present with gifts for children, adding a little extra excitement.

The evening also offers a chance to sign up to receive the fixings for a complete Christmas dinner. Ten dinners will be available, organized by the leaders of the Dixie Fire Canopy Project.  Eligible recipients can fill out a ticket at the door to enter the drawing for these dinners.

Mark those calendars and come on down to the Historic Taylorsville Hall to enjoy an evening of food, fun, and friends.
