The Quincy Trojans wrestling team traveled to the 35th annual Northeast Classic tournament Dec. 9 at Modoc High School in Alturas. Seven Quincy Junior-Senior High School wrestlers competed. “For our second weekend of the season, we continue to compete good and bring hardware home,” said assistant coach Melissa Nickerson.
- First place, 128 pounds: Daniel Nickerson
- Second place, 120 pounds: Ella Bratcher
- Third place, 120 pounds: Jeremiah Nickerson
“We are so proud of all our QHS wrestlers and the progress being made by them so early in the season,” said Nickerson.
