Steven Leroy Marriott was born Oct. 21, 1954, to Francis Long and Waldo Marriott in Lodi, California. He passed away peacefully at home Jan. 12, 2024.
After graduating from Galt High School in 1972, he enlisted in the Navy and proudly served until 1978. He moved back to California from Wichita, Kansas, in 1994 where he met his wife, Lizabeth. They were married Nov. 26, 1994.
Steve is survived by his wife Lizabeth; children Stephanie (Bruce), Geha (Reuben), Bobby (Jennifer); grandchildren Mark (Jade), Jordyn, Justice, June, Brooklyn (Mark), Bre (Kara), Bryce (Tammi), Brylee, Devon, Tristan, Grace, Mary; great-grandchildren Clayton, Sophia, Maelyn; sister Denise; brother George; numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will take place this spring.
