The Plumas Count Elections Office mailed all ballots to registered voters Feb. 5.
For those currently registered to vote in Plumas County, ballots will be mailed to the current mailing address on file. Anyone who has not received a ballot by Feb. 14 is asked to contact the elections office for assistance via [email protected] or 530-283-6256.
Election materials are not forwarded, so anyone who has had a change of mailing address will need to contact the office.
Those who have physically moved residences will be required to fill out a new voter registration card, which can be obtained at any U.S. Postal Service facility in the county. Voters may also reregister online at registertovote.ca.gov.
The elections office reports that voters can contact the office at any time to verify voter status, as well as political party affiliation. They can also go to the office at 520 Main St., Room 102, in Quincy for that information.
