Gary Lloyd Loos died on Jan. 20, 2024. Gary was born on Sep. 13, 1937, in Quincy, Illinois, to Lloyd and Henrietta Loos.
He is survived by his loving family: companion Lori Loos; son James Loos; grandchildren Joel, Crystal, and Justin Stone; great-grandchildren Ziah, Marley, Lucy, Paisley, Levi, Benji, and Emma Stone.
Gary enjoyed the life he lived in Quincy, California. He could be found teaching his grandchildren how to catch crawdads, gold-panning, collecting old cars, camping, laughing, teasing his grandchildren and companion, and grabbing on to the joyful bits of a life well lived.
He will be missed as his spark for life will be passed on to all his loved ones forever and
always.
