Families, kids invited to story time, internet safety class

Sharon McKay, Plumas County’s interim librarian, invites children and families to stop by the Plumas County Library’s Greenville pop-up site for two special programs Saturday, March 30.

At 11 a.m., McKay will lead a children’s story time. “Come listen to a few stories and check out the books available for children and families to check out,” she said. “We will be doing a fun art project exploring color and shapes.”

At 2 p.m. McKay will present a short program on how families can stay safe on social media and the internet.

The pop-up library is located in Room 402 at Greenville Junior-Senior High School at 117 Grand St. For more information call the Quincy branch at 530-283-6310.
