This Monday, April 8, Quincy quilter Carolyn Kinney will be in Chester for the Chester PieceMakers Quilt Guild meeting at 1 p.m. at the Almanor Recreation Center. She will show lots of her quilts, and all are welcome to attend.
The next day, Tuesday, April 9, Kinney will teach a class on the tradewinds quilt pattern. The class will be held starting at 10 a.m. at the Almanor Recreation Center. The cost is $25 for guild members, and $30 for nonmembers. To register, contact guild vice president Diane Morrow at 530-249-0538.
The Chester PieceMakers Quilt Guild meets every month except December on the second Monday. All are welcome to attend and join.
