The Rotary Club of Portola Endowment announces it is offering a $1,000 Community Scholarship. This scholarship is open to anybody living in the Portola school boundary, regardless of age.
Those interested in pursuing continuing education or training for career advancement are invited to pick up an application at Plumas Bank, 120 N. Pine St. in Portola.
