Audition announcements for each show will be made as preparation dates approach.

‘Clue On Stage’
Viewers can step into the world of mystery and intrigue with the first show of the season: “Clue On Stage.” Based on the classic board game and the cult film favorite, “Clue On Stage” brings fans’ favorite characters to life in a hilarious whodunit that will keep the audience guessing until the very end.
“Join us for an unforgettable theatrical experience filled with suspense, laughter and plenty of surprises,” says Johnson. “This show is in partnership with Triple Threat Enterprises, so you can count on having a murderously good time!”
“Clue On Stage” will run Sept. 26 – 29 and Oct. 3 – 6.

‘Once’
Johnson said dramaworks is thrilled that viewers will be able to experience the magic of “Once” at the West End Theatre. This Tony award winner tells the story of a Dublin street musician and a Czech immigrant drawn together by their shared love of music. Set against the backdrop of a bustling city, their chance encounter evolves into a passionate musical collaboration and a deep, unexpected and complicated romance.
Featuring award-winning music, including “Falling Slowly” and other Academy Award–winning songs that have captivated hearts around the globe. With live performances by a cast of actors/musicians, each note is sure to resonate, said Johnson. She promises that viewers will “step into a world where music tells the story and love finds its voice” while celebrating love, loss and what it means to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
“You may even want to see this one twice!” said Johnson. “Once” will run Nov. 7 – 10 and 14 – 17.

‘You Can’t Take It With You’
The season’s third show is the timeless comedy classic “You Can’t Take It With You.” Set in New York City during the 1930s, the story revolves around the quirky Sycamore family and their delightfully unconventional ways. When their daughter’s fiancé brings his conservative parents to dinner on the wrong night, the stage is set for hilarity and unexpected twists.
“Don’t miss this charming and humorous portrayal of love, family and the joy of living life to the fullest,” said Johnson. “Let this serve as a reminder that none of us can take it with us!” She promises that the audience can expect uproarious entertainment with a touch of eccentricity, where laughter is a surefire thing and heartwarming moments abound.
“You Can’t Take It With You” is set to run Feb. 13 – 16 and 20 – 23, 2025.

‘Shrek the Musical’
In partnership with Feather River College, dramaworks presents “Shrek the Musical,” bringing the beloved fairy tale to life in a way that promises to be magical, heartwarming and hilariously entertaining. “Quality entertainment for all generations is what we pride ourselves on most!” said Johnson.
Audience members can join actors in this Quincy premiere as they dive into the swampy adventures of everyone’s favorite ogre, Shrek, and his unlikely band of misfits. “With vibrant characters, catchy tunes and a story that celebrates being yourself, ‘Shrek the Musical’ is the perfect way to end our season with a roar!” says Johnson.
“Shrek the Musical” will run May 8 – 11 and 15 – 18, 2025.
