The Quincy Chamber of Commerce announces its much-anticipated annual Safe Trick-or-Treat event will take place in downtown Quincy Thursday, Oct. 31, from 3 to 5:30 p.m. “This beloved community tradition promises a fun-filled evening for families and children of all ages,” says the chamber.
This year, the chamber presents the 2024 Treasure Map, showcasing local businesses that are eager to distribute candy and host engaging activities. At locations from downtown Quincy to East Quincy, participants will have the chance to collect treats and enjoy a variety of interactive experiences. Attendees can look forward to receiving candy from their favorite local businesses, and a magician will perform at New To You 2.
The chamber invites all local businesses to join the festivities. Any businesses looking to sell food or drinks at Safe Trick-or-Treat should contact the chamber at [email protected] or 530-394-0541 by Friday, Oct. 18. Those interested in being featured on the 2024 Treasure Map should reach out by Friday, Oct. 25. “Your participation will help create a safe and enjoyable environment for our community’s little ghouls and goblins,” say chamber personnel. “Let’s come together to make this Halloween a memorable celebration in Quincy!
