Caltrans District 2 has updated ongoing lane closures in both directions on State Routes 70 and 89 in Plumas and Lassen counties.
Drivers on highway 70/89 in Plumas and Butte counties can expect 15-minute delays from a mile west of State Route 89 North to a mile west of Keddie. Officials expect long-term utility work to continue until Nov. 27.
In addition, the district has closed the Massack and L.T. Davis rest areas on Highway 70 for the season.
