Members of the Main Street Artists Gallery in Quincy today announced that their annual January show and sale will open with a wine-and-appetizer reception from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday Jan. 3. The show will run through Feb. 7
The members intend to load the gallery walls with a selection of art priced to sell. The goal of the sale is twofold, they said: to clear workspace in their studios for new creations to be born, and to offer the community a selection of art at greatly discounted prices.
Sally Poser, popular local artist and member of the gallery, said she will reduce her prices by $100 dollars per painting.
The Main Street Artists Gallery members hope the community will take this opportunity to bring beautiful new artwork in their homes.
Main Street Artists Gallery is located at 436 Main Street, Quincy CA 95971. Winter Gallery hours are Thursday and Friday 11:00-5:00 and Saturdays 11:00-4:00.
