Indian Valley Century Ride online registration open

Online registration for the Indian Valley Century Ride, scheduled for May 24, is now open. The ride includes three distances: quarter century (25 miles), metric century (64 miles) and full century (100 miles). The ride begins at 7 a.m. from the Indian Valley Academy parking lot. Check-in and race-day registration start at 6 a.m. The Rotary Club of Greenville is the race sponsor.

The comparatively flat routes for the quarter and metric centuries share the course with the full century as far as Taylorsville and the Genesee Store, respectively. The full century loops Antelope Lake, accounting for the 3,500-foot elevation gain. Five rest and hydration stations dot the course through mountain meadows and around the valley floor, with lunch at Genesee Store.

Rider support also includes support wagons and ambulance service if necessary.

The pre-registration entry fee is $95 for the metric and full centuries, $75 for the quarter century. Registration closes at midnight May 23. Same-day registration is $115 and $85, respectively. For more information and to register online and download the course maps, visit ivcenturyride.org.
