The California Department of Housing and Community Development is providing funding to homeowners affected by the Dixie Fire. Homeowners that have not yet rebuilt could be eligible for up to $500,000 to repair and reconstruct their homes. This program is also available to property owners who wish to rent a reconstructed home to low/moderate income renters.
Case managers from ReCoverCA will be available to answer questions about the Single Family Reconstruction program from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 21 at the Dixie Fire Collaborative office, 127 Crescent Street, Greenville.
