This webinar is developed by Steve Roth based on his extensive experience creating, managing and growing retailing companies, say organizers. The webinar will focus on brick-and-mortar retailing with some discussion of online sales as an auxiliary to the core retailing business. Topics covered will include inventory management, promotions, store location, the importance of an inventory management system and the need for top-line growth.
