Feather River College, in partnership with Alliance for Workforce Development, announces the second annual FRC Student and Community Job Fair. This in-person job fair will take place March 6 from noon to 4 p.m. at the FRC gym, 570 Golden Eagle Ave. in Quincy.
This free event is open to all job seekers, including college students and community members, offering an opportunity to connect with a variety of employers in one location. Organizers say attendees can explore part-time, full-time and seasonal job openings, interact with hiring managers and build employment connections.
Employers from industries such as forestry, education, tourism and recreation will be present, including organizations like the U.S. Forest Service and Sierra Pacific Industries. Last year, over 40 employers participated, and this year’s list continues to grow, say organizers.
Organizers encourage attendees to dress professionally and bring multiple copies of their resume. FRC students can also enjoy a free meal as part of the event. More information about the job fair is available at http://www.frc.edu/jobfair or via Gabe Miller at [email protected].
