Feather River College Athletics announces that the beach volleyball team plays today, April 11, at home. Match start time is 10:30 a.m. against Lassen Community College. Lassen will then play College of the Siskiyous starting at noon, and FRC will play Siskiyous at 2:30 p.m.
The FRC beach volleyball team members are the 2024 California Community College Athletic Association defending state champions. They played at home April 3 for the first time this year. During those matches, the Golden Eagles defeated conference opponents Lassen (5-0) and Siskiyous (4-1).
FRC’s No. 1 pair this season features two outstanding freshman: Mia Rivera, of Williams, and Teya Gibbs, of Chico.
