The Feather River College Foundation announces the Dixie Fire Memorial Scholarship.
This $2,000 a year scholarship is available to qualifying students who are either attending FRC with a declared major in environmental studies, ecomanagement, ecorestoration or a related field, or who are originally from Plumas County and are pursuing any of these degrees at an accredited institution.
