The Eastern Plumas Health Care Foundation reports that diners can support Eastern Plumas Health Care while they enjoy a four-course Sicilian dining experience with wine pairings at Cuccia’s in Graeagle. Set for Sunday, June 8, this event starts with sparkling rosé and antipasto served at 4 p.m., with dinner following at 5.
Restaurant owner Gina Cuccia has created special entrees for the event, report organizers. Diners can choose from frutti de mare, Sicilian steak and capellini aglio e olio. Organizers promise that these spectacular dishes will include the perfect paring of red and white wine. Dessert choices will be paired with either prosecco or port, depending upon the variety of tiramisu chosen.
Tickets cost $150 per person and are only available for purchase online. Because seating is limited, organizers request that diners purchase their tickets by June 1.
