Feather River College Athletics reports that the Golden Eagles reign supreme in Golden Valley Conference beach volleyball: they swept the 2025 Golden Valley Conference pairs tournament for the first time in school history. Pairs matches were held today, April 24, at FRC.
The No. 1 Golden Eagles pair of Mia Rivera and Teya Gibbs finished clean through the bracket and has been crowned 2025 GVC most valuable. The following pairs finished in first through fifth place and will advance to the NorCal regionals pairs tournament:
- First: Mia Rivera and Teya Gibbs
- Second: Maya Cann and Chloe Albiez
- Third: Lucy Ryan and Sage Valdez
- Fourth: MeleSiale Beaman and CJ Baker
- Fifth: Shasta Garr and Sarah Miller
