Feather River College Athletics announces that the rodeo team achieved excellent results in two back-to-back rodeo events in San Luis Obispo last month.
Ava Solberg and Joey Rawls were named reserve all-around cowgirl and cowboy, respectively, at this year’s California Polytechnic Institute San Luis Obispo Rodeo. Cody Russell finished in first place in bull riding at the Cuesta College Rodeo, while Rawls racked up points in calf roping and steer wrestling and Solberg excelled in goat tying and team roping.
