Feather River Land Trust announces that the first session of its Children’s Summer Art Program is set for July 2. From 10 to 11:30 a.m., participants will work on torn paper landscapes, inspired by nearby scenery at the Sierra Valley Preserve.
These free children’s art classes are led by Megan Davin for participants ages 7 to 12. Each lesson will follow a different artistic technique and subject inspired by nature.
Participation is limited to 25 individuals, and an adult guardian must also attend. Registration is available online.
