Quincy Chapter KH of the Philanthropic Educational Organization reports it has awarded this year’s scholarships. The recipients are:

- Genasea Klein, Plumas Charter School
- Kaitlyn Miller, Quincy High
- Jenna Peay, Quincy High
Every year, Chapter KH members raise funds for local scholarships for women.
The P.E.O. Sisterhood is one of the largest community-based women’s organizations in North America. The organization provides loans, grants and scholarships for women through its six philanthropies. The P.E.O. Sisterhood is committed to helping women achieve their educational goals, say organizers.
