Lost Sierra Food Project announces the next installment in its free summer workshop series: a wild fermented soda workshop. Instructor Martín Uriarte will teach participants how to ferment their own sodas using foraged ingredients like pine needles and blackberries.
The event is set for Thursday, Aug. 14, 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Rugged Roots Farm outdoor classroom.
