The Lake Almanor Area Chamber of Commerce invites the community to its August town hall meeting, set for 5:15 p.m. Aug. 25. The meeting will be held in person at the Mt. Lassen Theatre, 200 Main St. in Chester. The meeting will also be streamed on YouTube.
The August meeting features local school representatives, who plan to unveil their educational plans for the upcoming year. “This is a fantastic opportunity for residents to engage, ask questions and collaborate on building a brighter future for our Lake Almanor area youth,” say organizers. “Let’s come together, share ideas and show our local pride — because when we connect with our educators, we’re all part of the same learning curve!”
The chamber hosts town hall meetings every month on the fourth Monday. More information is available online.
