Plumas Rural Services announces that registration is currently open for Circle of Healing, a women’s group for those affected by domestic violence.
This six-week program led by trauma specialist Julie Hatzell offers a safe, private space. Organizers say participants will gain tools for self-care, boundaries and healthy relationships while connecting with others who share similar experiences.
Running from Sept. 24 to Oct. 28, meetings are held Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at 711 E. Main Street in Quincy. Zoom options are available for those outside the area.
