The Lake Almanor Community Foundation announces it is sponsoring its 22nd annual Arts & Crafts Faire, held on the peninsula at Lake Almanor Country Club Rec 1 on Aug. 30 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Guests should enter through the Clifford Drive gate.
“We held the fair last year after having to cancel for three years and it was a wonderful comeback,” said Barbara MacArthur, LACF secretary and artist. “Both artisans and shoppers had a lot of fun selling and shopping in a beautiful setting on the shores of Lake Almanor.”
This year’s fair features more than 36 crafters and artisans selling a variety of wares at varying price points so every shopper can find something, say organizers. The Chester Elks Lodge will serve hamburgers and hot dogs right off the grill.
LACF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission of supporting and encouraging other philanthropic organizations and giving back to the greater Lake Almanor Basin community. More information on the fair or LACF is available by emailing [email protected].
