Plumas Rural Services announces it is hosting an eight-hour interactive workshop entitled “Customer Service & De-escalation Skills: A Trauma-Informed Approach” on Sept. 9, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Christian Life Fellowship Church in Quincy.
Organizers say this training will cover improving customer experience, trauma-informed care, critical incident response, de-escalating challenging situations, managing burnout and compassion fatigue, and creating self-care action plans. The cost is $95 per person.
