The Rotary Club of Chester invites all members of the community to gather at Chester Junior-Senior High School for a solemn remembrance service honoring the significant events of Sept. 11, 2001.
This reflective gathering will take place at 8:15 a.m. tomorrow, Sept. 11. The program includes
- Flag ceremony
- Pledge of Allegiance
- Remembrance of 9/11 events
- Moment of silence
- Taps
- Memory flag placement
“It is an opportunity for residents to come together, honor our collective history and share in the values that unite us as a community,” say organizers. “Your presence is important, and we encourage you to participate in this meaningful event as we pay tribute to those we remember.”
