Feather River College Athletics reports sophomore Chloe Albiez recorded 10 kills on Wednesday, Nov. 5, at home versus College of the Siskiyous. The Golden Eagles celebrated Sophomore Night in front of a capacity crowd as they completed a three-set sweep with scores of 25-15, 25-5 and 25-13.
Sophomores Peyton Estes, who racked up 12 digs, and Teya Gibbs, who performed 30 assists, are seeking another Golden Valley Conference title, as well as a repeat state championship. Shasta Garr finished with seven kills and Sarah Miller recorded three, with one block.
The Golden Eagles play next at home today, Nov. 7, versus College of the Redwoods. Game times are 4 and 6 p.m.
