The Central Plumas Recreation and Park District announces that indoor soccer and volleyball games are available in Quincy. More information on these and other activities is available on the district website.
Adult indoor soccer
CPRPD reports that adult indoor soccer has returned to Serpilio Hall at the Plumas-Sierra County Fairgrounds starting this month. Pickup games will form every Tuesday and Thursday night beginning Nov. 18 from 5 to 7 p.m.
The daily drop-in rate is $10. Session I, running in November and December, costs $45, including a discount due to the holiday hiatus. Costing $75 each, Sessions II and III run in January and February, and March and April, respectively.
Volleyball games
Co-ed pickup volleyball games are open to players 16 years old and up Mondays from 6 to 8 p.m. in Serpilio Hall, reports CPRPD. Admission is free.
