Feather River College Athletics announces that the Golden Eagles men’s soccer team clinched the 2025 Golden Valley Conference title on Friday, Nov. 7, with a 13-1 victory on the road versus College of the Redwoods. The title-clinching match also marked career win No. 50 for head coach Conrad Gooley on the men’s side.
Then, on Tuesday, Nov. 11, FRC Sophomore Day, the Golden Eagles finished the regular season with a 11-0 victory over Shasta College.
The Golden Eagles have now won 10 men’s soccer titles in the Golden Valley Conference over the course of the program’s 20-year history. This marks the fourth GVC title the team has won in five seasons.
Feather River College finished 17-4 overall and 9-1 in conference. The first round of the NorCal California Community College Athletic Association playoffs begins Wednesday, Nov. 19.
