Plumas Rural Services invites caregivers of children to gather for a free virtual Provider Cafe event Thursday, Nov. 20, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Organizers say this event is for anyone who cares for children: family members, neighbors, child care providers, teachers, etc. Participants can connect with others, share experiences and gain resources and support.
