Chester Junior-Senior High School announces it is seeking the community’s help to sponsor this year’s Mountain Pride basketball tournament.
“Mountain Pride goes as far back as many of us can remember,” say organizers. “It is such a wonderful opportunity for the kids of our community and surrounding areas to come play their hearts out on the court, meet new friends and make new memories.”
Various tiers are available for sponsorship, and organizers also appreciate donations of any amount. All proceeds from the tournament go toward all sports at Chester High. Funds raised help pay for gear, uniforms, team travel to games and more. Sponsorship payment and forms must be received by Dec. 1.
Checks should be made payable to Mountain Pride Tournament and can be dropped off with Darren at US Bank, Tanya Miller at Coldwell Banker Kehr/O’Brien’s Chester office or the office at the high school. Organizers can also pick up donations. More information is available from Miller at 530-249-6562.
