Main Street Artists Gallery in Quincy announces it will host a group showing of its members’ works for the month of December. The gallery will feature five to eight pieces from each artist, creating a comprehensive show for art enthusiasts. The opening reception will be held Friday, Dec. 5, starting at 5 p.m.

The gallery thanks its dedicated volunteers: Brenda Morgan, Bonnie Mueller and Susie Vandruff.
Organizers point out the the gallery is combining its opening reception with the annual Sparkle festivities, offering a special night for art lovers. Situated in the middle of Main Street, the gallery offers an ideal vantage point for viewing the light parade.
The festive show will feature a variety of fine art and elegant gifts created by locally acclaimed artists and crafters. Gallery members will be in attendance to answer questions and assist with sales. The public is invited to enjoy refreshments and activities throughout the evening.
