The Plumas Association of Realtors reports that a sold-out crowd of PAR members attended their annual installation and awards event last month at the Peppermill Resort in Reno.
The association board of directors’ past president Natalie Livezey, of Whitehawk Property Services in Clio, took the top honor of being named PAR’s 2025 Realtor of the year. Livezey, who has served on the board since 2022, was credited with spearheading this year’s Housing Affordability Grant program that assists first-time homebuyers with the rising costs of fire insurance premiums. She also has contributed ideas and volunteered time on several committees and task forces on both the local and state level, said organizers.
Livezey was raised in Eastern Plumas County and began her real estate career in 2017 in Truckee. She now works alongside her mother, longtime broker Linda Carr, and she obtained her broker’s license last year.
Current board president Hannah Mansell, of Town and Country Properties in Quincy, presented the award to Livezey, whose director term expires in December. Mansell then handed the microphone over to Livezey to swear in the 2026 PAR board of directors.

Jayce Coziar, of Sierra Sotheby’s International Truckee/Cromberg, will again lead the nine-member board. She previously served as PAR president in 2023. Joining Coziar on the 2026 board as officers will be vice president Johna Berg, Sierra Mountain Properties, Clio; treasurer Laura Briggs, Coldwell Banker Kehr/O’Brien, Chester/Lake Almanor; and Mansell, who will serve as past president.
Continuing as directors will be Ruthie Nicholas, Coldwell Banker, Truckee; Alicia Hammerich, eXp Realty, Greenville; and Terry Collin, Mountain Valley Appraisal & Realty. Newcomers on the 2026 board are James Cavanagh, Real Broker, Portola; and Cathy Michaels, Coldwell Banker Kehr/O’Brien, Chester/Lake Almanor.
These directors represent 160 Realtors and affiliate members in Plumas and Sierra counties plus another 120 agents and appraisers who subscribe to the association’s multiple listing service.
Longtime affiliate member Cal-Sierra Title Co. was thanked for bringing a crowd of 13 employees/guests from across Plumas County to attend the annual dinner.
The association also recognized four honorary Realtors for life for their longtime membership and years in the industry: Joyce Ruschhaupt, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Lake Almanor; Arlie Holland, Chase International Lake Almanor Brokers; Marlene Boggs, California Outdoor Properties; and Bob Lindquist, Real Broker.
