Dramaworks announces that auditions for “Legally Blonde: The Musical” are available Saturday, Jan. 10, and Sunday, Jan. 11, from 9 a.m. to noon both days.
Those interested can sign up online for an audition slot and walk-ups are welcome after 1 p.m. on both days.
Director Mark Donnelly asks those auditioning to come prepared to sing a capella or with a backing track, preferably from the show, and to do a few cold readings. If possible, those auditioning should come prepared with a monologue in a comedic style. Attendance is required at the dance call from noon to 1 p.m. each day, so participants should come prepared with clothing they can move in.
The show runs May 7 through 9, and 14 through 16 at 7 p.m., and May 10 and 17 at 2 p.m.
