Feather River College Athletics announces athletes of the month for December 2025: Damonte Duhart, on the men’s basketball team, and Keziah Maldonado-Lemus, on the women’s basketball team.
Sophomore Duhart, from Las Vegas, Nevada, averaged 13.5 points, 8.5 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals in the month of December. He also recorded 2 double-doubles in that span. Coaches say Duhart was instrumental in a win over Mendocino College when he scored 16 points and pulled in 11 rebounds, with 7 assists and 4 steals.
Freshman Maldonado-Lemus, from Woodland, averaged 14 points per game, 7.1 rebounds and 3 steals during the month. She also recorded a double-double against Gavilan College and a career high of 22 points against Foothill College.
