The Plumas County Library invites all families, children and youth ages infant to 18 years of age to celebrate spring with a free book during the month of May. Kids can stop by their branch during regular open hours to pick up an activity sheet, complete it and exchange it for a new free book. Parents may assist babies and young children. One book is allowed per person per day.
