  • Saturday, June 8, 9 – 11:30 a.m.
  • Tuesday, June 11, 7 – 9:30 a.m.
  • Wednesday, June 12, 7 – 9:30 a.m.

The blood draws cost $60 and require eight to 10 hours of fasting; however, drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated is encouraged.

Included in the blood draws are the following:

  • Complete blood count without differential.
  • Comprehensive metabolic panel.
  • Lipids: total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL cholesterol, direct LDL cholesterol (cardiac risk).
  • Thyroid stimulating hormone.

A total 25-hydroxy vitamin D test may be added for an additional $30, and, for men, total prostate specific antigen testing may be added for an additional $20.

Low-cost imaging studies cost $124 and limited slots are available. Appointments will be scheduled at the wellness screenings.

Payments for the screenings will be due at the time of registration. Only cash or checks can be accepted.

Wellness testing and exam reports will be sent to the primary care provider the patient indicates on the lab request form. Individuals may request a copy of their results from medical records by calling 1-833-227-3743. Any follow-up questions will need to be addressed with a primary care physician. Those who do not have a primary care physician and would like to follow up with the clinic can call 1-833-227-3743.
